
Todd, Principal and Owner of Colburn & Guyette directs the overall design efforts of the firm and establishes the firm's business practices and standards. He is directly involved with the programming and conceptual design effort for each project and has an active role in coordination with the design team. Todd is actively involved with the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) as the New England Chapter Chairman and is a former board member for FCSI's North American division. He has over 25 years of diversified experience in foodservice consulting and is highly respected throughout the industry. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling with his wife Trish, and when not traveling, Todd is an avid tennis player and golfer.
Ed has 20 years of experience in the Architectural Community. He is an essential part of C&G's history with over a decade of his experience spent with the company. His early background with other disciplines provides a unique skill set that is consistent with the firm's goal of balancing architecture with foodservice. Ed is a professional member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International.
Kevin received his education at the University of Connecticut and brings 12 years of foodservice experience as a field supervisor, project manager and consultant to the company. Throughout the course of any project problem solving is a key to success and with his field experience and equipment knowledge, Kevin takes a proactive management approach to ensure the concept easily becomes reality. Away from the office, his interests are spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing and playing softball.
Peter began his career with Colburn & Guyette as a Production Team member. He quickly learned all facets of our operation and the industry. His great attention to detail and communication skills enabled him to be elevated to his current role as Senior Associate. Peter's ability to manage his team and work closely with the design team while maintaining his great sense of humor provides a solid foundation for continually successful projects.
Brian has been an integral part of the team since he first began working for C&G in 1999 as an AutoCAD drafter . Within a few years he took on more responsibility by managing the production staff as well as his own projects. In 2005, having the opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream of owning a construction company he created Thistle Construction. However, after 4 very successful years it became evident that his real passion was Foodservice Design. Brian returned to Colburn & Guyette in 2009 and was promoted to Senior Project Manager.
Josh took an interest in architecture at an early age leading him to receive his BS in 2007 from Wentworth Institute of Technology for Architecture. Since then Josh has fully embraced foodservice design
working in all aspects of the production process. Additionally, his depth of knowledge in the areas of computer software and systems has become an asset to C&G. He was instrumental with the deployment and integration of Revit Architecture into the office. Some of Josh's outside activities include photography, reading, and attending the many cultural events that Boston has to offer with friends.
Kevin started his AutoCAD training in his early years when his Dad was an AutoCAD instructor at Wentworth Institute of Technology. He joined C&G in 2010 after attending Roger Williams University's engineering program. He also has extensive construction knowledge for his work during breaks with Brian at Thistle Construction. He has quickly become a major contributor to our production team and asset to the company. Kevin is a big fan of basketball, golf and most importantly the New England Patriots!
Chandra has a diverse range of experience from foodservice to lean manufacturing and business administration. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Boston with a degree in Business Management & Marketing. Working closely with Senior Associates and the Principal, Chandra's role as the "go to" person in the office has made her an asset to C&G and its clients. As she performs her wide range of responsibilities her primary objective is to help promote C&G's continued success within the Architectural and Foodservice Industries. Her interests include softball, antiquing, and a non-fiction book in the sun.
