Ed has over 30 years of design experience, including 23 years in foodservice facilities consulting and design with CG. He leads the firms direction and development and is also heavily involved with the programming, concept and design development of projects. Ed’s foodservice experience started as a child in his parents restaurant and then varied positions in restaurants for summers and while attending school. His beginning professional background in architecture provides him the unique ability to balance the architectural and interior design intent of a project with the operational functionality of foodservice. He is a member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) for 20 years, a Professional member for over 13 years and is also the current Chapter Leader of the organization for the Northeast Region of the U.S. Ed is also a member with the Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management (SHFM), where he serves on the local chapter committee.
