Kevin is a US Air Force veteran from time spent at the US Air Force Academy Preparatory School in Colorado Springs, CO. He continued his education at the University of Connecticut and brings 20 years of foodservice experience as a field supervisor, project manager and consultant to the company. Throughout the course of any project, problem solving is a key to success and with his field experience and equipment knowledge, Kevin takes a proactive management approach to ensure the concept he has developed on paper becomes reality. He leads his team at CG from the conceptual phase of the project through CA with an emphasis on coordination efforts with the architectural and engineering teams. Kevin has been a member of FCSI for the past 10 years. Away from the office, his interests are spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing and playing hockey.
